SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be delivered from Jepara, Central Java – Indonesia.
Shipping costs covered services from processing orders, handling, packing and delivering the orders to our customers.

Courier
Your orders will be delivered via local expedition. Our courier will contact you in order to make sure that you will directly receive the order. Please make sure that your telephone number which you give to us is always active, so our courier can contact you to inform if your order will be coming shortly.

Duration
Shipping will take a maximum of 7 days after the items left from our warehouse. It also depends on destination. Please notice that longer destinations may require longer services, especially for outside Java.

Your order will be delivered on operation day (Monday-Friday), if order confirmation is received on weekend, we will process it on the next business day. We will notify you if your order has been delivered

Packaging
Items will be packed by carton single face wrapping paper. We guarantee that your orders will arrive safely to the destination.
